Iriz as a company are fueled on culture and maturity within in the market place to do the right shift, tactical maneuver or disrupt a process or industry. Iriz as a partner starts the evaluation of your company even before we initiate the first meetings with a hypothesis on your digital maturity. During workshops and early statements Iriz will establish a roadmap supported by a vision.
Digital innovation is a fragile process and it is imperative that each innovative project is set up with C-level support (Fail fast), internal change agents (agile development) and a sense of urge for speed (Release early). In many cases Iriz will politely walk away from a project with a recommendation of mold the internal culture, strategy and manpower. 5 to 1 is a ratio that often are being used in situations where as it takes five (5) positive comments to “beat” the single one (1) negative. In that matter Iriz will always be looking for killer phrases that start with “That’s a good idea, but…”
It’s against company policy
It’s not practical
It’s not necessary
We don’t have the resources
It will cost too much
We’ve never done it that way
Our customers (or vendors) won’t like it
It needs more study
It’s not part of my job
Let’s make a program for this
Let’s sit on it for a while
That’s not our problem
The boss won’t go for it
The old timers won’t use it
It’s too hard to administer
Why hasn’t someone else suggested it before?
Let’s form a committee
We should wait until the economy improves
Who else has tried it?
Is it best practice?
Only positive feedback can motivate people to continue doing what they’re doing well, and do it with more vigor, determination, and creativity. Perhaps that’s why Iriz have found with the vast majority of the leaders in our projects, who have no outstanding weaknesses, that positive feedback is what motivates them to continue improve and innovate.
Iriz is a company that develop their own ecosystems (IP) that challenges status quo, partner up with likeminded to develop proptech innovations or manage advisory assignments on behalf of customers who would like to be challenged.
Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable
